Justin Dugdale Managing Director
Justin is founder and Managing Director of Cornerstone.
Justin launched Cornerstone at the beginning of 2006 where the company has gone on to establish itself as a market leading agent in the Huddersfield Barnsley Wakefield and Holmfirth areas. With the addition of the Leeds branch in 2015 the business continues to go from strength to strength setting new standards in estate agency and continuing to innovate.
James Platt Director, Leeds

Zoe Calcutt Director, Leeds

Laura Wilkinson Administration Manager
Laura joined the Cornerstone team in February 2009 working as an administrator. Since then she has successfully acquired numerous qualifications in business administration and accountancy which has resulted in her appointment as head of the busy and fundamental department. In this key role Laura’s fastidious eye for detail ensures the monitoring, management and smooth running of every aspect of our business is working to the highest standards.
Kelly Dugdale Valuer Manager
Kelly has been with Cornerstone since 2008, starting on the front sales desk and has worked her way to the position of running and being the senior valuer for the Huddersfield office. Playing a key role in the overall management of the company Kelly has been an instrumental part of the success of Cornerstone.
Joshua Day (MNAEA) Valuer
Josh has worked in the family business now for 3 years and progressed rapidly through his professional qualifications, recently gaining a National Federation of Property Professionals Level 3 in The Sale of Residential Property { QCF } . Appointed to the positon of valuer, Josh has an abundance of enthusiasm and great pedigree for this role.
