A bond/deposit is equivalent to one month's rent plus £100 will be required to be paid at the start of the tenancy along with your 1st month's rent (unless stated otherwise). This is subject to referencing, a landlord may require a higher bond/deposit if the referencing criteria is not met, further details will be provided at that time.
Referencing - £200 inc VAT (For up to two adults sharing); additional applicants £90 inc VAT
Guarantor Referencing - £90 inc VAT / Guarantor Only if a Guarantor is required and charged for each Guarantor that is referenced.
Company Referencing - £200.00 inc VAT Company or Business reference fee
Renewal/Extension agreements - £60.00 inc VAT Payable on renewal/extension of a contract.
Application fee is non-refundable
You should be aware that the need for a Guarantor may not become apparent until your referencing, (including for any joint tenants) has been completed, therefore guarantor referencing fee(s) will only become payable should a guarantor be required.
