A bond/deposit is equivalent to one month's rent plus £100 will be required to be paid at the start of the tenancy along with your 1st month's rent (unless stated otherwise). Referencing - £200 inc VAT (For up to two adults sharing); additional applicants £90 inc VAT

Company Referencing - £200.00 inc VAT Company or Business reference fee
Renewal/Extension agreements - £60.00 inc VAT Payable on renewal/extension of a contract.
